We created a purpose built child and adolescent mental health facility. The five-thousand plus square foot facility boasts a conference room, play house, two courtyards, two parking lots and a basketball court, in addition to all of the necessary facility specific requirements.

We managed the renovation of an existing wing of the hospital to create an additional twenty bed united for Continuing Care and Young Disable Patients. The project required the coordination of numerous subcontractors and was faced with a number of challenges.

This homestead consists of three levels, each renovated to tasteful modesty. Various areas were occupied during the various phases of construction and represented an interesting challenge to the Burt Construction staff as they looked to a swift yet thorough resolution for the task at hand.
